Classes are Hatha based Vinyasa style, which, simply defined, means a smartly sequenced flow of poses linked together, synchronized with the breath.
 
In class, expect to focus on awakening your senses, enhancing your body awareness, and increasing your strength and flexibility, while having a blissful, playful and transformative journey.
